The greater precinct is split among a number of owners, the largest of which is the University of Western Australia, which holds 56 hectares of endowment land.

Part of this area is leased to the State Government through the Western Australian Sports Centre Trust (WASCT), which operates Challenge Stadium. The State government holds 29.7 hectares, operated by VenuesWest. This land also includes AK Reserve.

We offer a number of facilites tailored to specific sports. Multi-purpose facilities spport a variety of sports from frisbee to kendo.
